The six red flags, and why they work
The questions target structural signals rather than vibes: guaranteed income claims, a paid course with escalating upsells, recruitment-based rewards, no verifiable third-party results, manufactured urgency, and reselling a tool at a markup. Each one appears repeatedly in enforcement actions against 'passive income' schemes.
A single flag rarely means a scam. The pattern matters: guaranteed returns plus a course funnel plus referral bonuses is the classic shape of a scheme that regulators have already acted against.
What a good score actually looks like
Ideas that score well tend to involve selling a real skill or output to a real buyer: freelance services, niche content with an audience, or automation work for small businesses. They are slower than the promises, and they survive contact with an actual market.
Treat the score as a filter for where to spend your attention, not as a guarantee. The validator cannot verify a market, a demand curve, or your own persistence.
